# Example 1: Category code + supplier code + model number + attribute code

  • SKU: AHB0203

  • SPU: AHB02

  • System name: Ice silk short HB02 XL (Ice silk short sleeve Huabin 02 XL code)

  • Corresponding meaning:

    • A: Clothing and accessories
    • HB: Abbreviation of Huabin supplier
    • 02: Digital
    • 03: size

# Example 2: Category code + supplier code + model number + color code + attribute code

  • SKU: BFY280143

  • SPU: BFY28

  • System Name: Sepatu Hiking FY28 Coklat 43 (Mountaineering Boots Fortune 28 Style Brown 43 Size)

  • Corresponding meaning:

    • B: Bags and shoes
    • FY: Fortune Supplier Abbreviation
    • 28: Digital
    • 01: color code
    • 43: size

# Note:

  • SPU is the parent of SKU
  • SKU should be simple and clear, no spaces, no messy symbols, and don’t be too long
  • The system name and the e-commerce platform name do not have to be the same
  • System name, simple and clear, easy to pick goods, you can know at a glance
  • Color and size attributes can be put at the end

# Code reference:

  • Category code: represented by capital letters, clothing and apparel (A), luggage and footwear (B), fine jewelry (D), jewelry and accessories (E), watches (F), wedding dresses (H), beauty Hairdressing (T), Wigs (Y), Sex Toys (K), Maternity & Toys (L), Home & Furniture (M), Home Decoration & Lamps (N), Home Appliances (P), Sports & Entertainment (S) , 3C digital (G), auto and motorcycle parts (Q);

  • Supplier code: written in English letters;

  • Manufacturer model number: composed of 2~3 digits, all composed of numbers, starting from 0-999 to be used in sequence;

  • Color code, all composed of numbers, if the product has only a single color or no color distinction, it is written as 00, if the product contains more than two colors, it is written in the order of 01-99;

  • Attribute code (without color), all products that need attributes to be distinguished again need to write the two-digit code, which is written in order from 01 to 99; if the attribute is not required to be distinguished again, it is written as 00.
