  • Search to find the corresponding product

# The external SKU is not bound to the product code

  • Order inventory is NO & preview cannot be opened normally
  • Solution: copy the external sku to Product Management-match SKU for product code binding img.png

# Directly bind the product code on the JD platform-the optimal solution

  • Log in to the JD background to bind the product code
