How to query PC OS type

  • Click Computer on the desktop, then right-click on the blank and click Properties

# Step 1: Click Printer Management to select printer configuration, click Download plugin

# Step 2: Cut the downloaded new plug-in to any disk

1、Double click the mouse to install the new plugin

2、Select the location to install

3、CheckCreate Desktop Shortcut and click Next

4、ClickInstall and wait for the plug-in to install

5、The plug-in installation is complete

# Step 3: Fill in the warehouse ID and start the plugin

Note: One account of the new plugin can enable thermal printer and A4 printer at the same time
