# Offline Order

Purpose

Targeting offline distribution needs

# Step 1: Add a new distributor

  • Select Distributor Management and click Add
  • Fill in basic information and sale discount img.png

# Step 2: Add an order

  • Select Add Order and click Add Order
  • Select Distributor, the distributor information will be filled in automatically
  • Click Select Product, tick the required products, select in batches, fill in the number of products, click Save, click Submit img.png img.png
  • Click Quotation to view the quotation and print it out, and click Confirm Quotation if there is no error img.png

# Step 3: Order to be picked

  • Select Order to be picked and click Pick PDF to view the picking list, and print it, and click Pick Confirmation when the picking is completed img.png

# Step 4: Pending orders

  • Select Order to be shipped and click Invoice to view and print. If there is no error, click Delivery img.png
